New Exposure 2013 photography competition

I was so happy to be invited as a finalist of Bottega Veneta's and Vogue's photography competition NEW EXPOSURE. The exhibition was held at Openhouse Gallery on Mulberry Street in New York, were Bottega Veneta’s creative director Tomas Maier and Vogue’s Photography Director Ivan Shaw hosted a reception to showcase the work of the New Exposure Photography competition finalists and announce the winners. I didn't win the competition, but I was so happy to be among the 10 international finalists, as the only one from Germany. Congratulations to the winners, Matin Zad and Jorgen Axelvall.  Lily Kwong, Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele, andCraig McDean were also all on hand to see the two photographers pick up their prize, which included a one-year mentorship with Shaw and Art + Commerce, the opportunity to shoot a project for Bottega Veneta, and $10,000.

See below a few impressions, mostly taken with my mobile - so please excuse the quality!
